What if a babysitter did this to your kids???Don't risk it get a nanny cam!

OMG! This is sad, to harm a child that can't defend himself or even speak up for himself is sick. We as parents should do intensive background checks on these so called "nannies" to ensure they dont have a violent past that could resurface and be detrimental to your family. Sometimes we as parents have to do more research on the peolple we allow around our kids, because they dont always understand that a person that's nice to you, dont always have nice intentions. Another thing is that we should listen to our children also, if they dislike an adult more than like ly it's for a reason, and just because it's not clear to us does not mean that it should dismissed.

I would have kicked her you know what!!! I agree with Tiffany you must do a background check. BUT, a person can have a squeaky background and still have a violent past. My neighbor had a full time nanny and now they don't anymore. I wonder why????
